This bespoke home is set on the slope of a ravine. Years ago, the site was affected by a landslide that destroyed several houses.

We took over the project when the works were fragmented and lacked a cohesive vision and clear processes. Our task was not merely to complete construction, but to turn it into a managed system with a predictable outcome.

The house is located in a suburb, on the banks of the Dnipro River. A narrow, elongated plot and a high groundwater table demanded a meticulous on-site approach.

The story of our office building is anything but typical. We deliberately choose complex tasks - the hard problems are the ones worth solving. Throughout the build, we trialled and tested at every stage.

The house sits at the edge of a forest and serves as a countryside retreat for occasional stays. During construction we addressed off-grid capability and delivery under constrained site conditions.
